Refund if you receive the product 
We will evaluate the returnable product, including its return fees. This applies to:
Any damaged or defective product.
Any product you received from us by mistake, whether the error was in the product itself, its price, or its delayed delivery.
Cancel order:
* You can get a full refund if you cancel the order after completing the order and before creating the shipping policy.
Payment via Tabby or Tamara:
Orders paid through Tabby or Tamara cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pre-order (reservation):
When ordering a product that is not available at the time of ordering (as shown on the website and on the product page), we will ship according to the date shown.
When canceling an order that contains a reservation product (pre-order), only 50% of the order value will be refunded, as 50% of the order value is considered a reservation deposit.
When canceling a prepaid product (reservation), 50% of its value will be refunded, as 50% of the value is considered a reservation deposit.
Products we do not return
You cannot return the following products:
Personal products that a person may not share with another person.
Breast pump spare parts and accessories
Personal use products and baby supplies such as silicone bottles, nipples, etc.
Breast pumps and accessories
Milk-producing foods, whether drinks or foods
Products that perish quickly or any product you ordered that has expired.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item after assessing that it does not meet the return conditions and at our sole discretion.
Return Policy:
A return policy will be issued after contacting customer service, after the product arrives and is verified to meet the above conditions by one of our agents.
The product must be packaged securely, labeled, and delivered to the shipping company within the agreed upon time.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer after paying the shipping fees again.
The product value will be returned, less the shipping and reshipping costs, within two to five working days after receiving the product, using the same method of payment.
