Instructions

Using thumb or fore finger, massage area firmly 2-3 times a day for 5 min, in slow, circular motions, alternating directions. Stretch surrounding skin of the scar, repeating circular motions. Finally, slowly but firmly, slide your thumb or finger along the scar. Repeat the process for approximately 5 minutes.
