How to use
This product is highly concentrated with no flavors or sweeteners. We recommend mixing with juice or food and dividing the dose throughout the day to mask the strong mineral flavor. Begin your regimen with 10 drops for 3 consecutive days. Each day thereafter, increase the dose by 10 drops up to 1 teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice daily. Taking too much magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce the dose. Children 1-3 years of age: Use 1 drop per 5 pounds of body weight. For regular or sodium-restricted diets.
Remineralized Pure Water: Add 20-40 drops per gallon or as desired (2-4 drops per cup). Slight crystallization may occur, but will not affect product quality.
