1. Preparation:
- Wash your hands well with soap and water.
Sterilize the menstrual cup and applicator (you can immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes or use a dedicated sterilizer).
2. Preparing the cup:
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant or any natural oil of your choice to the rim of the menstrual cup before inserting it. This helps facilitate movement and reduce any discomfort during insertion.
• Fold the menstrual cup in the appropriate way (such as C-fold or arrow fold) to facilitate insertion.
3. Preparing the tool:
- Place the folded menstrual cup inside the applicator in the designated place so that the cup remains stable and secure.
4. Input:
- Choose a comfortable position (such as sitting or raising one foot).
- Gently insert the applicator into the vagina until it reaches the appropriate position.
- Slowly press the release part of the cup, allowing the cup to open inside the vagina.
5.*Verification:
- Make sure the cup is in the correct position and open to ensure it is effective in collecting fluids.
- Remove the tool and clean it in preparation for use again.
