How to use
Best used: Drink 1-3 doses daily. Store the sachet in a cool, dry place. Carefully peel the label from the sachet.
Place one tea bag in a cup. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over it and cover. Steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste. Each tea bag is designed to be re-steeped for an additional dose.
