Suggested Use: Fill bottle with warm water. Secure cap tightly and extend nozzle firmly. While on the toilet, invert bottle between legs and point tip toward perineum. Squeeze bottle gently and repeat as needed. Empty contents, allow to dry, then fold nozzle for storage. Layer comfort with our 5-step Postpartum Recovery System (each sold separately). 1.
